OUR PROCEEDURE
We make any necessary repairs. The entire surface is thoroughly cleaned. We then apply the Elastomeric material with a polyester reinforcement fabric embedded in the wet coating. In order to achieve the thickness required, another coat is applied. This system provides an absolutely seamless waterproof single ply-membrane roof that will last more than 20 years.
