His expertise and drive for providing his clients with the highest quality job possible has led him to a solution he didn’t expect.
Years ago, while trying to find a solution for a client for a time sensitive industrial job with serious leaks and abnormal water ponding issues, he came across a product that boasted about how their warrantee would not be affected by ponding water issues. Knowing that every other manufacturer uses ponding water as an excuse to void a warrantee, he called them. Long story short, that was the first of many jobs utilizing the Sure Coat Roof Restoration System. Since then, Gavin has built Western Flat Roof, a premier installer of the SureCoat roofing System.
